Ada M. Stephens (Bielz) 78, entered her eternal home on October 4, 2018. She was a resident of Goldfield, Colorado for 38 years and formerly a resident of Rainbow Valley for 13 years. She was a homemaker and faithful spouse to her recently deceased husband, Robert R. Stephens of 57 years. Ada was born on October 2, 1940, to Arthur and Anna Bielz in Victor, Colorado. She married Robert on February 14, 1964 in Cripple Creek, Colorado.
Ada was fond of Bible Study, chopping wood and family time. She also enjoyed camping, fishing and raising various livestock. She worked side by side with her husband as they were caretakers of Rainbow Valley for several years. She was a dedicated and devoted member of First Baptist Church in Victor and loved serving her Lord in several activities and programs. She attended high school in Victor and graduated in 1958.
She is survived by her two children, Rusty Stephens and Rhonda Watson; her grandchildren, Caleb Watson and Michaela Stephens; her siblings: Martha Collom of Northglenn, Colorado, Wilfred Bielz of Idaho Springs, Colorado, Merle Bielz of Concord, California, Lois Beach of Victor, Colorado, James of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Leona Stephens of Victor, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert.
A visitation will be held from 1 to 2 pm on October 12 at First Baptist Church, Fourth and Portland, Victor, Colorado. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm on October 12 at First Baptist Church, Fourth and Portland, Victor, Colorado. Entombment will be at Shrine of Remembrance in Colorado Springs.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The First Baptist Church in Victor, Colorado.

7 Oct 2018Tom , of course had known and loved Ada for many years. I fell in love with her the first time I met her at Rainbow Valley! She and Bob were a bright spot in our lives and we loved the whole family! We will miss Ada but we will see her again soon in Heaven!
