Beulah Jean Gish, 91, long-time resident of Colorado Springs since 1946, entered into rest June 15, 2015.

Beulah was born July 12, 1923 in Richland, Kansas to parents Florence and Noble Remington. She loved gardening and baking, for which she worked 31 years as lead baker at Memorial Hospital. Above all though, Beulah loved her children and family. She was also a member of First Southern Baptist Church for over 60 years.

She is survived by her loving children: Judy (Dennis) Hoelzer, Connie (Roger) Cox, Bonnie (Larry) Walker, Richard “Eddie (Lynne) Gish, & Nancy (Richard) Bouse; daughter-in-law Vicki Gish; two brothers: Robert and Don Remington; Sister, Erma Trowbridge; 15 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. She now joins in heaven her loving parents, son Rudy, and grandson Rudy Lee.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 19, 2015, 11am at First Southern Baptist Church, 1409 Palmer Park Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80909. Private interment at Evergreen Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made in her memory to First Southern Baptist Church or a charity of choice.
