Billie Ann (Doswell) Derrickson
March 23, 1923 – May 18, 2014
Billie Ann Derrickson, a life-long resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on May 18, 2014 in Colorado Springs, Colorado where she had been living with immediate family since 2007.
She was the daughter of George Walter Doswell Jr. and Mary Amelia Burton, both of Fort Wayne and part owners of Doswell’s Flowers.
She is survived by four children; Charles Michael, George Stephan, Jeffery Scott and Julie Ann Derrickson; six grandchildren: Anna Dunlap, Amy Derrickson, Jaya Derrickson, Chandra Derrickson, Elizabeth Derrickson, Erin Derrickson; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Derrickson Jr. in 1998.
There will be a service on Saturday, June 7 at 11:00 AM at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel.
