Director of construction, 12-year Colorado Springs resident. Survived by his wife, Ardith; a daughter, Valerie Lockburner; a stepsister, Sharon Cass; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Celebration of life service, 2 p.m. Monday, Shrine of Remembrance ‘America the Beautiful’ Chapel of Roses.
