Courtney Moya, age 42, passed away on November 6th, 2022. She was a resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado for 36 years and was formerly a resident of Kansas City, Missouri. She was a business entrepreneur.
Courtney Moya was born on May 1, 1980, to John and Deb (Vogt) Howell in Kansas City, Missouri. On August 30, 2013, she married Harold Moya in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Courtney was fond of river rafting. She also enjoyed camping, traveling, and had an appreciation for animals. She attended Palmer High School and graduated in 1998.
She is survived by her loving husband, Harold Moya; her stepchildren: David, Sarah, Hannah, Heather; her parents: John and Deb Howell; and her six grandchildren.
A service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, December 12, 2022, at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 East Fountain Boulevard. A reception will be held following the funeral service at the Olympian Plaza Reception and Event Center, 975 South Union Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
