Daniel Calvert Good, M.D., Captain, U.S. Navy
Daniel Calvert Good passed away on September 16, 2015 at Pikes Peak Hospice. He was born on February 7, 1924 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was married to Gloria Edna Dewitt in Denver, Colorado on June 14, 1952. He was a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and University of Colorado Medical School and served in the U.S. Navy for 37 years.
Dr. Good enjoyed being an OB/GYN Doctor, telling stories, and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed poetry, traveling and spending time with his wife and family. He will be truly missed by all.
He is survived by 4 children: Charles, Peggy, Judy, and Robin, and their spouses. He also had 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Open viewing will be held at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel on September 19, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 2:00 p.m. Private burial will take place at Ft. Logan National Cemetery.
