3 Dec 2023Gary was an outstanding consultant and introduced optimization technology at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft (division of United Technologies) during the 1980’s. His theoretical analysis and computer implementation of his algorithms laid the groundwork for aircraft engine component design, improved fuel economy, and sound & vibration reduction. He was one of the finest professionals with whom I had the pleasure of working.
