Survived by his companion, Juanita Deuser; ; a son, Dale; and a daughter, Twyla Sprouse. Visitation, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home and Mausoleum, 1730 E. Fountain Boulevard.
