Dustin Gilbert Kerney was born on May 05, 1985, in Thorton, Colorado to Elizabeth Ann (Bowers) Kerney and Ralph Kerney. He is survived by his wife Tra, children Uriah and RiverAnn, Father Ralph & Stepmother Stella, Brother Travis, Grandmother Karen Dale, Stepbrother Victor, Aunt Helana, and numerous other family members. Dustin worked at Cook-Dale feeds for 15 years. Dustin enjoyed Star Wars and Star Trek. He enjoyed spending time outside in the woods searching for Bigfoot, Hunting, Fishing, Working outside, farming, spending time with family and friends. Dustin would do anything he could to help anyone he could. Dustin’s main interests were Guns, bigfoot, survival preparation & Zombie apocalypse survival. Dustin never met a stranger; everyone always became family, A brother, sister, son, daughter, mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, nieces and nephews. Dustin was a wonderful loving Husband and a loving father, and a loving son. He enjoyed every day and treasured everything in life. He was joyful for life. Dustin left his mark on this earth and touched everyone’s lives around him. He will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his mother Elizabeth Ann Kerney and Uncle Jimmy Dale. Services will be held on July 1, 2021, with a viewing from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, with a funeral service to follow at The Shrine of Remembrance 1730 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910.
