Everetta Lou Frasca, age 93, passed away on May 15, 2024. She was born on August 21, 1930, in Pueblo, Colorado, to her parents, Louella Bernice (Henderson) and Everette Hartzler.
At 19 years of age, she married the love of her life, Anthony Joseph Frasca II (Tony), on June 18, 1950, in Belmont, Massachusetts. Together, they raised seven beautiful children. Evey loved nothing more than Tony, her seven children, their spouses, her 22 grandchildren, and her 34 (so far) great-grandchildren. Her life was filled with full dinner tables, sporting events, concerts, school events, and more. She was always cheering on her family and occasionally yelling to keep a referee in line. Evey and Tony started and operated Paninos Restaurant in 1974, and several locations still operate today. Evey was always there for her family, with a soft smile, ready to provide comfort on a hard day and laughter on a great day. She ended her days on the earth, saying, “I don’t complain because I just have so much to be thankful for. And, you know, I never had any favorites among my family. All of you kids are so special to me in your very own wonderful ways. And I am ready to be with Grandpa. I really do miss him.”
Everetta Frasca is survived by six of her children: Gail Dobson, Anthony Joseph Frasca III (Trip), Mike Frasca, Mary Harrington, Joann Klohn, and Joe Frasca, along with their spouses, Merrill Dobson, Maggie Frasca, Corri Frasca, John Harrington, Skip Klohn, and Lisa Decker. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Brant, Jenni, Trenton and Alex Dobson, Chad and Annabelle Dobson, Kim, Josh, Stella, and Brooks Majors, Sara Frasca Albert, Jon Albert, Ashley Albert, Georgia Trembath, Alexandra Albert, Oliver Trembath and AJ Albert, Marty, Becky, Peyton and Mia Sertich, Mike, Allie, Louis, Emmett, and Gabe Sertich, Marie, John, Cooper, and Maggie Beck, A.J. IV, Shainah, A.J. V, and Ellie Frasca, Mike Frasca Jr., Christina and Bobby Lashwood, Christopher, Meghann, Mack, Graeme, and Flynn Harrington, Leah, Troy, Tate, Luella, and Evie Applen, Patty, Eric, Riley, and Gracie May Van Dyck, Chetty Kurtz, A.J. Kurtz, Mallory, Robby, Letty, and Lily Spalding, Joe, Emily, Evie, Lainie, and Leo Frasca, Nick Frasca, Sam, Katie, Madelyn, and William Frasca, Kelsey, Collin, and Taelyr Decker. And surely many more to come. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her husband, Anthony Joseph Frasca II, on April 1, 1999; and their beautiful daughter, Patty Marie Sertich, on May 21, 2005.
Evey’s family will miss her terribly but finds comfort in knowing that she is with Jesus and that one day, upon His return, they’ll be united with her, Tony, and their daughter, Patty.
