Gerald “Jerry” Anthony Bianchi, age 86, passed away on October 19, 2018. He was a resident of Colorado Springs for 48 years and was formerly a resident of Freeport, TX. He was a Life and Health Insurance Broker.
Jerry was born on August 22, 1932 to Paul and Rose (Moscatelli) Bianchi in Victoria, TX. On February 10, 1951 he married Patricia in Victoria, TX.
Jerry was fond of fishing, hunting and camping. He also enjoyed puttering in his garage to pass the time away. He was a member of Rampart Range Sertoma and was a high school graduate. He served in the United States Air Force, for 7 months with an Honorable Discharge in 1951.
He is survived by his children: James, Gregory, and Deborah; his grandchildren: Raymond, Edward, Roger, Colleen, and Christopher; and his great-grandchildren: Owen, Bailey, Paige, Aurora, Alex, Austin, Sariah, Anaiyh and Logan. He was preceded in death by Patricia, his spouse of 67 years, and his grandson, Darrel.
A visitation will be held from 10 am to 11 am on October 27 with a memorial service to follow at 11 am all at Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd.
