Keith was very much a do-it-yourself kind of guy including home repairs and anything else he set his mind to doing. He attended Colorado Springs High School (now William J. Palmer), and graduated in 1951. Keith served in the United States Navy for four years.
He is survived by his children: Mark Allen Webb, Matthew Norman Webb, and Michael Dean Webb; his siblings: Barbara Pugh (Oregon), and Sanford Webb (Oregon); his grandchildren: Derek Webb, and Melissa Gingrich; and his great-grandchild: Lena Gingrich. He was preceded in death by Shirley Dee Webb (wife), and Kenneth Norman Webb (brother).
