Hope Lovern, age 61, passed away on August 23, 2024. She lived the majority of her life in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was a CNA/Health care provider when she was in the working field.

Hope was born on July 21, 1963, in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Zenon Pacheco Sr. and Rebecca Haines.

Hope was fond of the arts and crafts, particularly chalk and oil drawings. She has a talent for seam-stressing, and she loved making clothes. She found joy in sewing and creating unique pieces for her loved ones. Her children were her biggest inspiration, and she loved making clothes for them when they were young. She saw the world through a different lens, one that was filled with colors and imagination. Hope’s legacy will live on, and she will always be remembered for her ability to see the beauty in all things.

She is survived by her loving children: Crystal Kolman (Lovern), Raymond Kolman (son-in-law), Lisa Lovern, Nathan Lovern, Shannon Lovern (daughter-in-law) and Dominick Brooks-Pacheco; her parents, Zenon Pacheco and Rebecca Haines; her siblings: Eugene Pacheco, Mercy Perry, Mabel Cecil, Rebecca Herrera, Zenon Pacheco, Marguerite Pacheco, Tanya Sutton, David Haines and Lee Haines; and her grandchildren: Alaze Kolman, Jazleen Kolman, Calvin Kolman, Grace Kolman, Nathan Lovern Jr., Abram Lovern, Lucas Lovern and Adaleah Rodriguez Brooks. Hope was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Pacheco.

A service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, September 6, 2024, at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel 1730 East Fountain Boulevard< Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910. Following the service, there will be a Celebration of Life held at 2:00pm, at the VFW located at 753 South Santa Fe Avenue, Fountain, Colorado 80817.

Prayer by Hope, “Be yourself no matter what people say. For if you were a perfect person, you would still be judged by people. Amen.”
