Hubert Dale Lindsey II, age 68, passed away on May 9, 2021. He was a resident of Colorado Springs for a number of years and was formerly a resident of Colorado Springs. He was a delivery driver for a radiator company.
Hubert was born on September 12, 1952 to Hubert Dale Lindsey and Norma Jean (Watson) Lindsey in Abilene, Texas.
He served in the United States Army, for a number of years, and during that time honorably served his country in the Vietnam War. In his time in the service, he was awarded a National Defense Metal, Vietnam Service Medal with 2 bronze stars, Combat Infantryman Badge, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Army commendation Medal with Device, An Overseas Bar, and a Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm.
He is survived by his son, Dale Lindsey; daughter in law, Michelle Lindsey; 3 grandchildren, Dale Lindsey Jr, Caylen Lindsey and Brianna Lindsey; 2 brothers; and 2 sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10AM Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at the Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd. A private burial will be held at Pikes Peak National Cemetery.
