Hubert L. Webb
On September 25, 2012 Hubert Lynnoel “Lynn” Webb of Colorado Springs, Colorado went to be with his Lord following a lengthy illness. He was born to Fred and Ruby Webb in Olney, Texas on February 11, 1942. He graduated from Pecos High School in 1960 and then spent many years serving the Lord as a pastor. His family then moved to Freeport, Texas where he worked as a seal technician for 19 years. Lynn knew he would spend eternity in Heaven and his greatest wish was that his friends and family would be there with him by accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Eddie Everidge Webb of Colorado Springs; one son, Dr. Robert Webb and his wife Deborah Webb of Kaufman, TX; grandsons Nathan Webb and his wife Kristiane Webb of Fort Worth, TX and Samuel Webb and Daniel Webb both of Kaufman, TX; two daughters, Mona Passignano and her husband Michael Passignano of Colorado Springs, and Susan Jurecka and her husband Thomas Jurecka of Lake Jackson, TX; grandson Michael Fagan and his wife Kristy Fagan of Clute, TX; two granddaughters, Cecilie Jurecka and Kendall Jurecka, both of Lake Jackson, TX; and countless other family members whom he loved very much.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred Holt Webb and Ruby Griffith Webb, along with his two brothers, Robert Lee Webb and Frederick Dale Webb.
A memorial service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Kaufman, TX at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care at 2550 Tenderfoot Hill Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80906 or at www.pikespeakhospice.org.
