Jeannine Jacqueline Indermuehle

Jeannine, 90, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2018. She was a resident of Colorado Springs for 50 years. She enjoyed a full life as wife, mother and homemaker.

Jeannine was born on November 18, 1927 to Albert Gros and Angele (Crausaz) in Geneva, Switzerland. On October 5, 1946 she married Arthur Erhardt Indermuehle in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Jeannine was a fabulous cook, seamstress, master gardener, knit beautiful sweaters and made her grand-kids quilts. Her family was everything to her. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church and was a devoted Air Force officer’s wife.

She is survived by her children: John Indermuehle (Elaine), Richard Indermuehle, Michelle Johnson (David), Philip Indermuehle (Casey); her 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Indy, of 58 years.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2pm on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 4125 Constitution Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80909. A reception will be held following the service at the church.
