
Jeffrey Scott Johannessen, aged 66, passed away on January 28, 2025, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Born on January 3, 1959, Jeffrey was known for his fun-loving nature, his dedication to hard work, and his deep love for his family.
Jeffrey proudly served in the Air Force for 15 years, demonstrating commitment and resilience that carried over into his civilian life. Following his military service, he embarked on a career as a technician with Sears/A&E, where his diligence and expertise were highly valued.
He graduated from Cheyenne Mountain High School, and though he did not pursue further formal education, his life experiences and service taught him lessons that far exceeded classroom walls.
Jeffrey is survived by his daughter, Nicole Tardif, age 42; grandchildren: Kristopher Clark, 20; Madalynn Clark, 14; Ruby Tardif, 15; Timothy Tardif III, 11; Jaxon Tardif, 3; and great-granddaughter, Emerald Clark, 2. He was preceded in death by his parents, Judy and Jerry Johannessen, and his brother, Mark Johannessen.
A funeral service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery on February 18, 2025, at 2 pm, where friends, family, and colleagues will have the opportunity to pay their respects and celebrate his life. Jeffrey’s legacy of love, service, and commitment will be remembered by all who knew him.
