Our beloved Jesse Robert Woodworth, a life-long resident of Colorado, died unexpectedly on March 5th, 2019 at the age of 36, while on vacation in Hawaii with his family.
Jesse is survived by his wife, Jennifer; his children: MaryJane and Talon; his mother, Cindy, and step-dad, Will; his siblings: Ian and Leigh; his grandparents: Duane and Ruth; his nephew, Novah; his siblings-in-law: Ryan, Mishel, Chrissy and Nicole; and his extended family.
Jesse was born in Wheatridge, CO on August 15th, 1982 to Cindy and Montgomery Woodworth. He was a true Artist in every sense of the word; with his focus being music, graffiti, and Japanese culture. In 2008, Jesse met Jennifer, and on July 6th, 2013, they were married.
Jesse was a devoted father to his step-son Talon. He spent his days teaching his son about life, sports, music, and the ways of the world. He was passionate about producing music, he was a skilled MC, with a love of rollerblading, and spending time outdoors. He had great pride in his heritage; Chippewa Ojibwa. Jesse was passionate about helping his fellow man, often bringing food and money to the homeless. Because of his gregarious personality and hilarious nature; no one was a stranger to Jesse and he easily befriended everyone he met. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who had the pleasure of meeting him.
Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 East Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.
