Jim Reid

Jim Reid, a Colorado Springs resident since the mid 1980’s, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013. He was a Machinist for Mikron Manufacturing who was very hard working and dedicated to his profession.

Jim was born on December 9, 1955 in Kearny, New Jersey to Ernest and Isabel (Young) Reid. He was an avid baseball and football fan who particularly appreciated the New York Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Reid; his daughter, Jennifer Bettis (husband Brant); and his sister, Cathy Reid. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Private family services are planned and will be followed by private inurnment.
