Jodie L. Baer
Jodie Baer, 56 years old, passed away on May 14, 2017. She was a resident of Colorado Springs for 56 years. Jodie was an awesome long time Manager of Loaf ‘N’ Jug Grocery Store.
Jodie came into this world on July 29, 1960 in Colorado Springs to Douglas Neidigh and Miriam (Appleman) Stephens. Jodie was married to her wonderful husband, Terry Baer, on April 16, 1997.
She attended Palmer High School and graduated in 1979. Jodie was a part of the 100th graduation of Palmer High School. Jodie took great pride in her family, she also enjoyed collecting Disney memorabilia and Shirley Temple movies and dolls. She loved to prank others and have a great time. Jodie loved to travel with her husband and her 2 dogs, Jasper and Romo. Jodie enjoyed being a part of the March for Dimes for many years. She had a very big heart for all children.
Jodie is survived by her loving husband, Terry Baer, of 32 years; her children: Taylor Aunchman, and Ashley (Josh) Wells; her mother, Miriam Stephens; her siblings: Jaye Neidigh-Mehrhoff and Jeff (Patti) Neidigh; her awesome grandchild, Domonick Wells; and 11 nieces and nephews. She had 20 grandnieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas; brothers: Jim and Jud Neidigh; sisters: Jan Fallet and Jeri Driver.

Services will be held at 2pm on May 24th at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
