Joseph Lemmons passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at the age of 72. He was born on October 9, 1942 in Springfield, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Pharmacy. Joe moved to Denver in 1971, marrying Mary (Knox) Lemmons in 1972. He worked as a pharmacist for St. Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs as the Director of Pharmacy and retired in 2008.

He will forever be remembered for his quick sense of humor, his love of sports (especially The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds, and Cleveland Browns), and as a dedicated, loving father and husband.

Joe is survived by his wife, Mary; sons: Joseph, Timothy, Andrew, and Jeff; daughters: Erin and Carey as well as six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; and two brothers: Bill and Bob Lemmons.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 4925 North Carefree Circle, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80917 on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. A Rosary service will be said before Mass at 3:30 p.m.
