Karoline (Heller) Blake
February 9, 1933 – November 27, 2011
Karoline Louise Heller was born in Polz, Germany on February 9, 1933. She was a homemaker and a 33 year resident of Colorado Springs. She loved to read and enjoyed the mountains. She married Lloyd Blake in 1958.
She is survived by her husband, Lloyd; her children: Denise Cook (husband Doug), and Michael Blake (wife Laura); her brothers: Simon Heller and Kurt Heller; her sisters: Irma Clevenger, Ursula Elbe, and Elfi Nowak; and her four grandchildren: Zach Blake, Tyler Blake, Jenna Blake and Heather Cook.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services in the Chapel. Cremation is planned. Inurnment will be at the Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver at a future date.
