Lorene Lemire, 74, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Pikes Peak Hospice in Penrose Hospital. She was a resident of Colorado Springs for many years.
Lori was born on February 3, 1944 in Winnebago, Nebraska to Logan and Ethel (Porter) Parker. She was a retired customer service rep., homemaker, and loving mother.
Lori attended several colleges and graduated with a degree in business from Wayne State.
Lori met and eventually married Thomas Lemire on March 6, 1968 while stationed in the United States Air Force at Peterson Field and enjoyed 50+ years of marriage.
She is survived by her husband Tom, children Kimberly and Christopher, and grandchildren Nathaniel and Gabriella.
A funeral mass service will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Apostles Catholic Church on Saturday, April 7, 2018, 4925 N. Carefree Circle in Colorado Springs, Colorado with a reception following the mass in the church lower level.
Private inurnment will be at the Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum, Liberty Columbarium.
