Margaret J. Hill, a longtime resident of Colorado Springs passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015. She was a homemaker and also worked in hospital food service.
She was born on July 13, 1928 to Louis and Flora Ethel (Daigle) Witkofsky in Bena, Minnesota.
Margaret was a strong woman, having raised 4 boys on her own. She had a humorous disposition and truly loved life. She also loved the outdoors. She enjoyed photography and even had a photo published in a national photography magazine.
She is survived by 2 sons: Larry Hill, and Garry Hill; 3 grandchildren: Babette, Jeremy, and Lena; and 3 great-grandchildren: Idete, Alexandria, and Daniel. She was preceded in death by 2 sons: Jerry Hill (who died in the Vietnam War serving his country), and Terry Hill.
Private family services and inurnment are planned.
