Marjorie “Jane” Kyle, age 94, passed away on September 1, 2014. She was a resident of Colorado Springs for 36 years. She was a homemaker and enjoyed many interests including, bowling, swimming, her family, friends and socializing. She was a member of St Michael’s Episcopal Church and the Red Hat Society.
Jane was born on March 22, 1920 to Henry St. Albans Robarts and Clara Lillian Bangert in Chicago, Illinois. On March 25, 1939 she married Russell Stuart Kyle, also in Chicago.
She is survived by her sons; Robert Kyle (Mary) and Bill Kyle (Deborah) and a daughter; Margie Calhoun (Milt). Jane had five grandchildren: Shawn, Audra, Kristy, Kyle and Gregory; and one great grandchild: Jaelyn. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Stuart Kyle and a son, Russell Stuart Kyle, Jr.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM on Friday, September 5, 2014 at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel. Entombment will be at the Shrine of Remembrance, Gate of Heaven.
