Patricia “Pat” L. Hill, age 71, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011. She was a devoted wife and a wonderful mother.
Pat was born on January 15, 1940 to Cleveland and Iola Mae (Leach) Paschal. She married Robert Erwin Hill on January 6, 1955 in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Pat loved being a wife, mother and grandmother. She cherished every moment she had with family and celebrated the importance of family with her children. She also loved to go fishing, growing and arranging flowers, crafts of many kinds, and trips to Cripple Creek. She will be remembered for her amazing strength and ability to overcome adversity. Pat was always there to help anyone in need.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; her children: Bonnie Gentzel, Kevin Hill, Rob Hill, Chris Hill, and Tricia Borns; 18 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren, who will miss her dearly.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 16, 2011 at Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel. Private entombment will take place at Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum, Garden of Angels.
