Paul Vincent Granato
Paul Granato, 86 years, passed away on February 12, 2018. He was a resident of Colorado Springs for 46 years and was formerly a resident of Bergenfield, New Jersey, and New York City. He was a motion picture film lab manager.
Paul was born on August 17, 1931, to Jack and Vivian (Padavano) Granato in Corona, New York. On July 5, 1952 he married Ann Ruth Genetti in Ogden, Utah.
Paul was fond of cooking, He also enjoyed travel and had an appreciation for jazz music. He was a member of Holy Apostles Church. He served in the United States Air Force for four years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ann; his son, Larry; his daughter, Lisa; his grandson, Jared; and his sister, Nancy.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2018, with a rosary beginning at 6 p.m. at Shrine of Remembrance North Chapel, 5440 North Union Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
A funeral mass will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 16, 2018 at Holy Apostles Church, 4925 North Carefree Circle, Colorado Springs, Colorado. A reception will be held at Mary’s House at Holy Apostles following the funeral mass.
