I cannot put into words of the sorry and sadness you feel right now, although distance separates our hearts and prayers are with you. Rachel was always a very quiet person except for when Terri lynn and Michael would tease her, We spent many days and hours at your place and your kids at our house. The memory that sticks out most in my mind these past days is Rachel wanting and talking about how she wanted a pair of RED tooes( Shoes)… I hope she has them walking streets of Gold with pop Budgell, because I can only imagine Pop’s face as he saw her and saying, “Come here Pop’s Darling” that was this phrase. These is a course in my mind as I write this, this morning. Somewhere beyond the blue there’s a mansion for me, somewhere beyond the blue I’m longing to see, I’ll see my Saviours face and sing Amazing grace, somewhere beyond the blue some day. Rest assured that God is the God of all comfort, he will lift you up and strengthen you in the days and weeks ahead…

So saddened to hear of my Neice’s passing, Rachel was loved my all that had known her. Also so quiet and shy, she spent many hours and days at my house with April-lynn. Rest assured she is now free from all pain and safe in the arm of Jesus. Although distance separates us miles apart my prayers and thoughts are with you all at this sad time, words cannot express how deep this hurt goes. Remember in the bible, Jesus said he would never leave us or forsake us and will heal the brokenhearted. All my love and will see you when you get home to Newfoundland.. Hug this precious babies extra tight for me.

9 Aug 2024To the Stassen and Walsh Family,
Rachel was a very sweet, dear lady. It was a privilege of mine to have known her as a friend the past 18 years. I have fond memories of the playdates we had when our kids were younger and attending the Christmas parties she hosted.
May the Lord wrap His arms of love around you, give you comfort, and a peace that only He can give.
Much love and prayers now and in the days to come. ❤️🙏
