Randal Lee Cobb, 61, passed away June 29, 2024.
A lifelong resident of Colorado Springs of 61 years, Randy was born January 29, 1963 to Ronald Cobb and Elizabeth (June) Booth (Montoya).
Randy enjoyed music, especially the guitar, which he learned to play at a young age. He also enjoyed using his hands, building and putting things together. If you knew Randy, you could find him on his bike somewhere on the Westside. Randy is also a Harrison High School graduate, class of 1981.
He is survived by his only child, Justin Cobb (wife Kayla); his parents, father Jim Booth and mother June Booth; his only sibling and best friend, brother Rick Cobb; and his grandchildren, Laila and Lincoln. He is preceded in death by father, Ronald Cobb; grandmother, Lois Montoya; and aunt, Carmen Montoya.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at the Shrine of Remembrance, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80910. Inurnment will follow at the Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum, Song of Mary Columbarium. There will be no formal reception. However, the family will gather at Justin’s home after services, to share stories and memories of Randy. All are welcome.
Please keep your ears and hearts open for our dearest Randy. He will be with us when the birds are chirping, music is playing and the wind is blowing. We love you and will miss you always.
