Richard Denning Blair was born on July 10, 1944 to Richard Leland Blair and Lorriane (Bequette) Crow in Livingston, Montana.

He was a long-time resident of Colorado Springs and was formally a resident of California. Richard was a dreamer and inventor. He was an entrepreneur. He owned multiple businesses through the years to include a vending machine business, sold Cutco cutlery, red wood burl carvings, auto body repair, and automotive mechanical and storage. Before retiring Richard owned and worked in an RV repair garage in Colorado Springs.

Richard loved his family. He loved to eat and had lots of dogs, cats, and horses to keep him company in life. He was a true animal lover.

Richard D. Blair, age 72, passed away on Oct. 30, 2016. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Lorraine Crow; her husband, Bob Crow; his father, Richard L. Blair. He is survived by his children: Jannessa, Felicia, Richard Jr., and Rylan; a brother, Tom Blair; a sister, Janis Clark; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and his long-time loving friend, Phebe Patsche.
