Robert Glen Nolan, age 65, was called home to Heaven on Thursday, September 8, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born on November 13, 1956 in Fremont, Nebraska to Michael and Betty (Pfabe) Nolan where he was raised and graduated from Fremont High School. He then joined the United States Army and married Myong Suk Chon on December 17, 1981 in Seoul, South Korea, later bringing her and his daughter to Fort Carson in Colorado Springs.
Robert was honored to serve in the Army for ten years and retired as a truck driver. Both careers gave him the privilege of traveling all over the US. He has been to every state except Hawaii, and his favorite place of all time was Alaska. He loved anything muscle cars, motorcycles, traveling, and guns, as well as an occasional debate about politics. He loved rock and roll music so much that he took it upon himself to learn how to play the guitar much later in life.
Robert is survived by his daughter Christina Nolan, son-in law Jason Hwang, and brother Tom Nolan (wife Tammy), the community of Fremont, and his long-standing cherished friends.
