March 26, 1961 – February 2, 2025

Robert J. “Bobby” Padeway, age 63, passed away at home surrounded by family on February 2, 2025.  He was a resident of Colorado Springs for 53 years and formerly a resident of Amelia Island, Florida.  He was a Bartender and PGA certified golf instructor.

Bobby was born on March 26, 1961, to SFC Frank J. Padeway (US Army, Ret.) and Epifania (Pudoc) Padeway in Fort Knox, Kentucky.

Bobby had a passion for golf.  He enjoyed fishing and had an appreciation for Billiards.  He attended Restoration Church and was a 1979 graduate of Widefield High School. He attended Fort Lewis College.  He proudly served in the United States Air Force Reserves for 5 years.

He is survived by his daughters: Melissa Kindhart (Josh) and Rachelle Biber (David); his siblings: Oliver Padeway (Maria), Olivia Lawson, Baltazar Padeway (Donna), Diana Padeway (Terri Hoffman), Ed Padeway (Alfer), Linda Bugtong, Oscar Padeway (Robin), Glenn Padeway (Toni); his grandchildren: Tristan Biber, Conner Kindhart, and Caitlyn Kindhart; as well as numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by Frank J. Padeway, Martin Bugtong, Fred Padeway, Epifania Padeway and Maria Bugtong.

A visitation will be held from 10am to 11am on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at Restoration Church.  A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11am on February 11, 2025, at Restoration Church located at 9355 Peaceful Valley Rd, Fountain, CO 80925.  Interment and scattering of ashes will be at a later time.  A reception will be held following services at Restoration Church.

Memorials in Bobby’s name may be made to Restoration Church.

  9. Dammit Bobby. Love ya man, I remember being your concierge . When you were recruited to Fort Lewis College.. we had good times then. And from then on. A few bumps and disagreements. But that is life. We always kept our Bond. RIP
