Robert Louis Frates, 85, passed away on August 28, 2019. He was a resident of Colorado Springs for 19 years and was formerly a resident of Simla. He was retired.
Robert Louis Frates was born on January 23, 1934 to Daniel Frates and Pauline (Vaugher) Frates in Denver, CO.
On October 28, 1956 he married Rose Ann Filippone in Denver, CO.
Bob was fond of Fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rose Ann Frates; his children, Sharon Wallace, Linda Tims, David Frates, & Bobby Frates; his grandchildren, Ryan Wallace, Devin Wallace, Frank Tims, Kristie Lopez, Brian Tims, Daniel Frates, Delaney Frates, & Abbigail Frates; and his great-grandchild, Oaklyn Lopez. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pauline & Daniel Frates; his brothers, Ronnie Frates, & Danny Frates; and his son, Darryl Frates. A
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 6, 2019 at Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 East Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO
