Sean Hill, age 15, a lifelong resident of the Colorado Springs area, died accidentally on Friday, April 26, 2013 at his home in Gleneagle. Sean was a Freshman at Discovery Canyon High School. He enjoyed Tae Kwon Do, debate, theater, piano, and Bahá’í Junior Youth activities. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, and friend.
Sean Patrick Hill was born on January 1, 1998 in Colorado Springs to Charles and Allison Hill. He was a mentor to younger kids and active in many school activities.
He is survived by his parents; and his sister Bridgit. Sean is also survived by his maternal grandfather, Charles Landis of Warrington, New Zealand and many other family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Monument Cemetery, 800 Beacon Lite Road, Monument, Colorado 80132. A reception will follow the services at the Lewis Palmer Administration Building, 146 Jefferson Street, Monument, Colorado 80132.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sean’s name may be made to St. Baldrick’s Foundation, 1333 South Mayflower Avenue, Suite 400, Monrovia, California 91016.
