Von G. Smith, age 69, was born June 20, 1950 in Omaha, Nebraska and passed on November 24, 2019 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald E. Smith and Ruby Smith; and his nephew, Dustin Adcock. He is survived by his son, Jeremiah; his sister, Carolee Parsons of Omaha, and his brother, Craig Smith of Omaha.
A funeral service for Von Smith will be held 2 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the Shrine of Remembrance, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd.
