Susanne Anneliese Chavira, a Colorado Springs resident since 1975, passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2021. She formerly resided in Salinas, California, Monterrey, California, and Long Beach, California.
Susanne was born on January 18, 1958 in Fulda, Germany to Oscar and Ursula (Masche) Chavira. She worked in finance in the automotive industry. She married Michael James Brollier on August 24, 1985 in Colorado Springs.
She loved being outdoors, gardening, playing with her grandchildren, hiking, and birdwatching. She also loved music and dancing.
Susanne is survived by her husband, Mike; 4 sons: Michael Templeton, Anthony Chavira, Adam Chavira, and Mathew Chavira; 2 daughters: Serena Watters, and Autumn Chavira; her brother, Stephen Chavira; her father, Oscar Chavira; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2021 at Rocky Mountain Calvary Church, 4285 N. Academy Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80918. Inurnment will be private.
