Tia Lovelle Blair, age 46, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2025, at 5:14 p.m., surrounded by her beloved family. A lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, Tia was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished daughter, joyful sister, and faithful follower of Jesus Christ.

Tia was born on March 20, 1979, to Dave Larson and Raphaelle (Frederiksen) Ahmed. She married the love of her life, Rylan Blair, on October 9, 1999, in Colorado Springs. High school sweethearts, Rylan and Tia shared over 25 beautiful years of marriage and built a life rooted in love, faith, and family. 

A graduate of Harrison High School, Class of 1997, Tia went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2002, after also attending Pikes Peak Community College. Tia received numerous All-State awards in high school for her Softball stats.

Tia and Rylan were the heart and soul behind Lighthouse Automotive, where they worked alongside each other for over two decades. Together, they served the Colorado Springs community with integrity, compassion, and dedication.

Tia lived her life full of joy and purpose. She loved softball, dancing, camping, hiking, and attending women’s retreats. A passionate woman of faith, she was actively involved in Moms in Prayer International and was a devoted member of Pikes Peak Christian Church. Tia found great peace in praising God, listening to Christian music, studying the Bible, and reading Christian books. She also proudly earned a black belt in Taekwondo, reflecting her strength, discipline, and determination.

Tia is survived by her loving husband, Rylan Blair; their three children, Alex, Alaina, and Hope; her father, David Larson; her siblings: Garrett Larson, Kara Miller, and Michael Ahmed; many aunts and uncles; and her nieces and nephews: Mikhail Larson, Kaleb Larson, Shay Larson, and Temperance Miller. She was preceded in death by her mother, Raphaelle Ahmed, and her grandparents: Monte and Fritz Frederiksen, and Gladys and William Larson.

Tia’s legacy of love, faith, and kindness will live on through the lives she touched so deeply.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 E Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910. A reception will follow at 5:30 p.m. at Pikes Peak Christian Church – Next Gen Center, 4955 Bradley Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80911.
